Candidates arrive with 2 layers of screening completed. Review profiles, KYC documents, and eligibility notes.
Conduct interview or trade test

Layer 1 — KYC screening (automated)

Layer 2 — Supervisor eligibility check
Supervisor reviews profiles, conducts a brief call, assesses skill match. Rejected candidates receive written feedback.
Worker joins — commissions begin
Worker joins on WorkSetu payroll. TP commission accrual begins from Month 1. PF and ESIC registration completed on joining day.
Monthly payroll & TP payout
Attendance captured, payroll run, salaries disbursed, and TP commissions paid to bank accounts — all by the agreed monthly date.

First-time jobseekers are routed through our Skilling Partner network and placed once training is complete.
